Limited Warranty Coverage
Sphere Cycles offers a 1 year Limited Warranty on all bicycles, parts, and accessories purchased directly from our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
What Is Covered:
Bicycles:
Frames, forks, and structural integrity (manufacturing defects only).
Components:
Gears, brakes, wheels, handlebars, etc., for defects in materials or craftsmanship.
Accessories:
Lights, baskets, and other accessories for material or manufacturing issues.
What Is Not Covered:
Wear and tear from normal use, such as tire wear, brake pad wear, cables or chain wear.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Labor charges for part replacements unless specified.
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or discoloration from exposure to elements.

Resolution:
If eligible, we will repair or replace the defective part or item at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a comparable alternative.
Important Notes
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty claims must be initiated within the warranty period starting from the date of purchase.
Sphere Cycles reserves the right to deny any claims that fall outside the terms of this policy.
